For Airport Pickup your chauffeur will meet you by baggage claim and track your flight for early or delayed arrivals. If you cannot find your driver, do not leave the baggage area without contacting us. Call (810) 225-0067 immediately.Dropoff
For Dropoff: Your chauffeur will contact you by text or call on the day of pickup when on the way and also when arrives outside.Reservation Policy
Please note: All reservations are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup time to qualify for a voucher credit toward a future trip (not a cash refund). Please note: Vouchers are not cash refunds and cannot be exchanged for money. Vouchers are not issued if you:- Cancel within 24 hours of pickup.
- Fail to show up.
- Choose another company after booking.
Cancellation Rules
For pickups between 12:00 am – 6:00 am, cancellations or changes must be made before 11:00 pm the night prior. Each reservation must be canceled individually.DTW Pickup Locations

No-Show Policy
Do not leave the baggage area without contacting us. Call (810) 225-0067. Leaving without calling or using another service will result in full fare no-show charges, even if a dispute is filed. Same terms and conditions apply to all phone reservations and online reservations.Rates & Fees
- A 20% gratuity is automatically added to all prepaid bookings.
- Additional charges may include card fee, fuel surcharge, $15 airport fee, $25 meet & greet, and tolls if applicable.
- Rates listed are base fares for sedans; SUVs, vans, and limousines are billed at different rates.
- Our service is licensed premium transportation & not comparable to Uber or Lyft pricing.
